Ani & Kora are two singer-songwriters and multi-instrumentalists from Houghton, Michigan, in the western Upper Peninsula, on the shores of Lake Superior. Old on soul and sharp as a tack, Ani & Kora's music is inspired by their home in the Keweenaw Peninsula, by the folk and Americana music they have grown up immersed in, with a pinch of hot club swing and riot grrrl thrown in for good measure.
