Patronicity Campaign Success—plus, here’s what you need to know about rewards.

Two weeks have passed since the wind-up of the Patronicity campaign, and the Alluvion team has been hustling to get the Summer Support Concert lined up and the other rewards allocated. Read on for everything you need to know about claiming your rewards.

First, a quick look at the numbers:

  • 222 donors

  • $65,001 raised

  • $50,000 match from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation unlocked

  • $15,000 match from the Green Brick Foundation unlocked

  • $130,001 total!

All the rewards and how to get them

Donors who gave $250 or more get a t-shirt. Let us know your sizing and style choices here.

There are two different concerts being offered as rewards. The Summer Support Concert is happening on August 10th, and tickets were offered as rewards to donors who gave $100 and up. There are no raffle tickets for this event. Donors have until midnight, Thursday, August 4th to claim their tickets. After that, you can still claim your tickets but we will also begin to offer them more widely until they are sold out.

The Soft Opening Party will happen at the Alluvion after the opening. Tickets were offered as rewards to donors who gave $250 and up, with donors of $25 to $249 being entered into a raffle to win tickets to this event. The date and lineup for this concert has not yet been announced.

$25 and up:

  • a thank you shout-out on The Alluvion website

  • all the updates via email

    • you are automatically signed up with the email you gave Patronicity

  • one entry into the raffle to win one VIP pass to the soft opening private party

    • we are waiting for our raffle permit from the Michigan Gaming Control Board, and then we’ll conduct the drawing and announce the winners here, and on social media and by email.

$50 and up:

  • everything from $25 plus

  • a digital download of the Alluvion Campaign/House Band performing Bob Seger's By the River

    • you should have received a link to this via email. If you have not, contact us and we’ll get you set up.

  • a second bonus raffle entry

$100 and up:

  • everything from $25 and $50, plus:

  • an exclusive highly-limited-edition Alluvion sticker

    • the stickers are at the printer, and will be available from the Alluvion box office once we are open, or from Andrew Lutes at Commonplace before that (but not yet).

  • a ticket to the Support Summer Concert on August 10th

    • you should have received a link to the ticketing page for this via email. If you have not, contact us and we’ll get you set up.

    • Note that at this level, you are allowed one ticket. If there are tickets remaining after August 4, you’ll have the option to purchase additional tickets. Before then, please don’t use the link to purchase multiple tickets.

$250 and up:

  • everything from $25, $50, and $100 except raffle tickets, plus:

  • one ticket to the Soft Opening Party

    • once this is scheduled and announced, you’ll receive a link to the free ticketing page via email.

  • two tickets to the Support Summer Concert on August 10th

    • you should have received a link to the ticketing page for this via email. If you have not, contact us and we’ll get you set up.

    • Note that at this level, you are allowed two tickets. If there are tickets remaining after August 4, you’ll have the option to purchase additional tickets. Before then, please don’t purchase more than two tickets.

  • an exclusive highly-limited-edition Alluvion t-shirt and mug—you'll never see these again after the fundraising campaign is finished.

$1,000 and up:

  • everything from $25, $50, $100 and $250 except raffle tickets, plus:

  • name a chair! You can use your name, or name one in honor or memory of someone else

    • the “name a chair” campaign will continue beyond the Patronicity, so if you know someone who is interested, send them to our donate page!

    • we’re working hard to find chairs that are (1) comfortable, (2) sturdy, (3) densely stackable, and (4) able to accept a name tag. Once we’ve found these we’ll announce them, and we’ll contact you to get the name you want to include on the chair.

  • thank you in the print programs for the first season plus on our email and social media

    • this will start once our first season starts!
