Pay What You Can on Nov 12th- (Minimum $5)
Mashup's commitment to making the show economically accessible to as many people in the community as possible, there will be one “pay what you can” performance on Sunday, Nov 12th, with a minimum price of $5. The proceeds of this performance will also be split with partner nonprofit Generations Ahead, whose mission is to empower young parents to become resilient by building positive relationships, strengthening family stability, and raising healthy children.
The Alluvion is thrilled for the return of Mashup Rock & Roll Musical for their show run of Look Who’s Talking Heads! Mashup Rock & Roll Musical presents their new original production Look Who's Talking Heads, a remix parody of the 1989 film Look Who's Talking with music by The Talking Heads. Join Mikey and his mom, Mollie, as they discover what life is like in New York City in the late 80s and figure out what truly makes a family. The story features the usual Mashup quirkiness, a live band, and a story that celebrates that not all families look alike but community is key to raising a happy child.
The show runs about 2 hours plus an intermission. Please note - this story has some adult themes (I mean, it includes where babies come from) so though we welcome your kiddos be ready to have those conversations.
