About the artist:
Ouinn Favlor is a queer non-binary painter, muralist and printmaker. They were born and raised in Petoskey, MI. In 2016, they graduated from the University of Michigan, with a BA in Arts and Ideas in the Humanities. In the fall of 2016, they moved to Detroit and began their practice. Their murals may be seen across the state of Michigan, as well as in San Francisco & Tokyo. In 2022/23 they were an artist in residence with City Walls (Detroit, MI).
In 2022, they were an artist in residence with the Glen Arbor Arts Center (Glen Arbor, MI) and the Salt Spring Arts Council (Salt Spring Island, BC).
